Department of Public Works Invitation to Bid – FY22 PAVING, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, SERVICES & EQUIPMENT RENTAL –


The Town of Randolph is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the FY 2022 Paving, Materials, Supplies, Services and Equipment Rental contracts (with option for 2-year extension FY 2023 & 2024).

Specifications and bid forms are available on the DPW website at: on the homepage, or they may be obtained at the Dept. of Public Works office located at Town Hall, 41 South Main Street, Floor 2, Randolph, MA 02368 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

All bids for this work are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts.  Prevailing wages must be paid under this contract in accordance with Mass. Dept. of Labor.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 8, 2022* at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the DPW office at Randolph Town Hall. Please contact the DPW office for more information regarding these invitations for bids at 781-961-0940.

Sealed bids should be marked with the bid number, item specified and the name of the bidder on the envelope, and submitted to:
